Our group model is based on the Biblical view in Acts 2:42. It is during the week, in growth groups, and informal settings that ministry and friendships really flourish.

At The Crossroads, 2|42 Growth Groups are not simply another program or ministry area. This is a strategic part of our mission and they exist to provide connection, spiritual development, and service opportunities to those who want to experience authentic Christian community.

It is through 2|42 Growth Groups that people can develop:
* A community of people meeting together for fellowship and accountability.
* Growth in their spiritual maturity
* Opportunities to serve one another and our community
* An avenue for reaching our neighbors and friends for Jesus Christ
